Originally from Tucson, Ms. Brozina earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. Though she is a proud Wildcat, she ventured to Moscow, Idaho to brave its snowy winters and earn her law degree from the University of Idaho. Upon graduating in 2009, she returned to Arizona to start her legal career in Phoenix.
In 2014, she became a partner in the firm and shortly thereafter, became a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation by the Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Brozina devotes a significant amount of time providing counsel to clients on non-litigated matters, prepares educational materials, and travels all over the country to provide client training and speak at industry events.
She has served as the co-chair of the workers’ compensation section of the State Bar of Arizona, contributed to updating the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Handbook with new developments in caselaw and statutes, actively participates in the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Claims Association as a member and legal counsel, and serves on the scholarship committee as a board member of Kids’ Chance of Arizona.
